Vendor matching assistance, meetings, and all support are free for clients. Preparing a proper technical specification is not free and is paid based on project volume and the amount of hours our team has to spend to prepare it.

Sending a quote request is not binding. We will simply prepare the best matches with vendors for you, and you will decide whether to go with them or not.

Is there any commission for using GetTrusted Escrow Plus?

There is no commission for clients when paying escrow funds to our accounts via bank transfer. The only commission is a payment processing fee if you pay using cards.

How does GetTrusted Escrow Plus work?

When you choose a selected vendor, you will send a prepayment to our escrow account, usually about 30% of the project total. In the case of hourly contracts, we will release part of the escrow to the vendor every week if quality checks have passed and you have agreed to it. In the case of fixed-price projects, we will release escrow when the milestone is achieved, quality checks have passed, and you have agreed to it.

Can I work directly with the vendor?

Yes, you can. However, quality checks and the escrow feature will be unavailable in this case.
